WHY YOU SHOULD GO: Join a major movement to celebrate women’s suffrage, register new voters, get inspired and get involved. There are some really exquisite art exhibits and expos with vast representation from non-profits and grassroots organizations. Whether you’re passionate about reproductive rights, immigration, climate changez, channel that energy and show up to Denver’s fourth Womxn’s March.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: One weekend only! The Denver Boat Show draws a large crowd from the boating community for new products, expert tips, demos, entertainment, activities and exclusive deals and promotions. Boats n’ shows.
DENVER ZOO FREE DAY

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: Horse shows, livestock shows and rodeos — we’ve got one of the world’s largest. There’s always something different going on, so make sure to check out the events and show schedule.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: Defenders of Lord Stanley’s Cup are in town. This should be a rowdy AF game. We definitely won’t be in the back flippin’ people off and spillin’ beer.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: When’s the last time you remember the Pepsi Center being so electric during hoops season? It’s been a thrilling rebuild for this young team.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: The 39th annual Colorado Indian Market & Southwest Art Fest is a rich celebration of Native American, Southwestern and Western arts. This event features original collections of gorgeous art from 200 juried artists and craftsmen, tribal dances, entertainment and other attractions.
WINTER PARK EXPRESS
WHERE: Union Station (1701 Wynkoop) to Winter Park Resort

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: A cool, scenic way to trek up to the massive peaks along the Continental Divide. Winter Park also has one of the best snowpacks in the state for ski resorts. Take advantage of the different types of terrain Winter Park has to offer. This is a great family resort with more than 3,000 skiable acres. VENTURE OUT.
