WHY YOU SHOULD GO: This is a really awesome experience in itself, but especially with the recent dumps in Colorado’s Front Range and northern mountains. Travel has been insane along I-70 and 40 with road closures and delays from weather and avalanche mitigation, on top of the normal ski traffic. Take the train. The snowpack has been deliciously magical at Winter Park with plenty of powder stashes — sniff yourself out some rowdy lines, you friggin’ powder hound.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: Have you ever seen lacrosse the “Loud House?” An experience not to be missed. Apparently “love will be in the air” as well, but we kinda just want to show up to watch sports.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: This just seems kinda cool — the “Sweetheart Package” includes a four-course dinner for two and two glasses of champagne, which would be way cooler if it were two glasses of champagne per person. It might be. Unclear. Level up and have your V-Day date at the Aquarium, underneath a romantic, watery vista.

WHY YOU SHOULD GO: I’m sure you have some broken items laying around the house, as I can say with absolutely certainty that we’ve all been there. Sign up for a one-hour slot and bring in any broken appliance, furniture, jewelry, clothing, kayak — you name it — where volunteer fix-it coaches will help you find solutions to fix your stuff.
SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL FACILITIES DISTRICT (SCFD) FREE DAY / CLIFFORD STILL MUSEUM
